      1. Return Window

      You have 14 calendar days from the official delivery date of your parcel to initiate a return.

      2. Eligible Item Conditions (Jewelry & Jewelry Sets)

      Due to hygiene standards and the delicate craft of fine vintage jewelry:

      • Products must be in brand new, unworn, and unaltered condition.
      • All original jewelry boxes, protective pouches, tags, and seals must remain intact and untampered.
      • Complete Jewelry Sets: For matched jewelry sets (such as necklace, earrings, and bracelet sets), all bundled components must be returned together in full. We cannot accept partial returns of individual pieces from a coordinated set.

      3. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Method

      • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fee).
      • Return Method: By Mail Only.
      • Prepaid Return Shipping Label: A prepaid return shipping label is conveniently included directly inside your delivery package. Simply adhere the label to your securely repackaged box and drop it at the authorized carrier station. Return postage is completely free when using this provided label.

      4. Refund Processing Timeframe

      • Upon receipt at our inspection facility, returned items are inspected within 1 – 2 business days.
      • Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
      • Depending on your card issuer (VISA or Mastercard), the funds will typically reflect on your card statement within 2 – 5 additional business days.
