At BOND'S VINTAGE VAULT (bondsjewelryvault.com), we take extra care in packaging every jewelry piece and complete jewelry set to ensure it arrives securely and in pristine condition.

1. Delivery Areas & Currency

We currently ship exclusively to valid physical addresses across the United States. All pricing, shipping charges, and transactions are strictly processed in US Dollars (USD).

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout for orders under $50.00.
• Free Shipping: We provide Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders of $50.00 USD or more across our complete catalog of jewelry and jewelry sets.

3. Order Cut-Off, Processing & Transit Times

• Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM PST / PDT (Los Angeles, CA - GMT-7), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.
• Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday). This stage covers order verification, detailed inspection of individual jewelry pieces and boxed sets, and protective gift packaging.
• Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) via trusted national delivery carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4 – 8 business days.

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your jewelry shipment is packed and picked up by our carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email complete with an active tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier tracking updates to reflect online.

5. Damaged or Discrepant Shipments

If your outer box or jewelry case shows visible signs of shipping damage upon arrival, please inspect all jewelry items immediately and reach out to us at support@designers-home.net or call +1 (352) 872-0819 within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged items and parcel.
