1. General Overview & Market Scope

We sell curated vintage-style jewelry, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and complete jewelry sets exclusively to customers located within the United States. All transactions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Florida and United States commercial regulations.

2. Product Representation & Pricing

• Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on our website are denominated strictly in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
• Product Descriptions: We make every reasonable effort to display accurate specifications, colors, and dimensions for our jewelry and bundled sets. Variations may occur slightly due to photographic lighting or monitor displays.
• Jewelry Sets: Products identified as sets or bundles include all items described on the respective product page. Sets are sold as complete units.

3. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Order Confirmation: After submitting an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your order reference and purchase summary.
• Order Verification: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit order quantities in instances of pricing errors, unauthorized card usage, or inventory stock discrepancies.

4. Accepted Payment Methods & Billing

• We strictly accept credit and debit cards issued by VISA and Mastercard.
• Payment must be authorized and received in full before an order is released for handling and fulfillment.

• Delivery Region: Continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska (valid physical addresses only).
• Free Shipping: Orders of $50.00 USD or more qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Standard shipping fees apply to orders below $50.00 as calculated during checkout.
• Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST / PDT (Monday – Friday) enter processing on the same business day.
• Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday) for quality inspection and secure packaging.
• Transit Time: 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday) via major national carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 8 business days.

6. 14-Day Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 calendar days of parcel delivery.
• Condition of Jewelry: Returned items must be brand new, unused, and unworn, with all original jewelry boxes, cards, pouches, and protective tags intact.
• Jewelry Sets Requirement: Matched jewelry sets must be returned complete with all accompanying pieces. Partial returns of individual items from a set are strictly not accepted.
• Free Return Shipping: A prepaid return shipping label is provided inside the package. Return shipping is free of charge when utilizing this label (No restocking fees).
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3 business days following our receipt and quality inspection of the returned parcel.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, BOND'S VINTAGE VAULT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website services.
